Overview
You can download a CDD report from an Engage request using the Download report (PDF) button.
Before you start
You need access to the Engage feature in Legl.
An existing Engage request.
How to download a CDD report
Go to Engage.
Select Individuals.
Open the Engage request you want to download.
Select Download report (PDF) in the top right of the page.
The CDD report will download to your device.
Downloading the report after a review is complete
Once a request has been marked as reviewed, you can also select View report (PDF) from the confirmation screen to download the same report.
ℹ️ Important
Downloading the report with comments will include the full audit trail from the CDD report. This is on the last page of the PDF.
Important information
The Download report (PDF) button appears in the top right of the Engage request when it is in the Attention required or Reviewed stage.
Once a request has been marked as reviewed, the same report can also be downloaded via the View report (PDF) button on the confirmation screen.
If a request has already been marked as reviewed and you need to add or update comments, contact our Support team to change the status back to Ready to review.
