Overview
You can download a CDD report from an Engage request. If a comment was added during the review process, you can also download a version of the report that includes those comments.
Before you start
You need access to the Engage feature in Legl.
An existing Engage request
(Optional) A comment added during the Mark as reviewed step, if you want to download the report with comments
How to download a CDD report
Go to Engage.
Select Individuals.
Open the Engage request you want to download.
Select the three dots (more options).
Select Download report.
The CDD report will download to your device.
How to download a CDD report with comments
You may also see the option to Download report with comments. To include comments in the downloaded report:
Open the Engage request.
Select Mark as reviewed.
Add your comment during the review step.
Complete the review.
Select the three dots and choose Download report with comments.
Only comments added during the Mark as reviewed step will be included in the downloaded report.
Why the "Download report with comments" option may not appear
The Download report with comments option is only available if a comment was added during the Mark as reviewed process.
If no comment was added at that stage, you can still download the CDD report, but it will not include comments.
Important information
The Download report with comments option only appears if a comment was added during the Mark as reviewed step.
Comments added outside of the Mark as reviewed step are not included in the downloaded report.
If a request has already been marked as reviewed and you need to add or update comments, contact our Support team to change the status back to Ready to review.
