How to download a CDD report
Go to Engage.
Select Individuals.
Open the Engage request you want to download.
Select the three dots (more options).
Select Download report.
The CDD report will download to your device.
How to download a CDD report with comments
You may also see the option to Download report with comments.
To include comments in the downloaded CDD report:
Open the Engage request.
Select Mark as reviewed.
Add your comment during the review step.
Complete the review.
Select the three dots and choose Download report with comments.
Only comments added during the Mark as reviewed process will be included in the downloaded report.
Why the “download report with comments” option may not appear
The Download report with comments option is only available if a comment was added during the Mark as reviewed process.
If no comment was added at that stage, you can still download the CDD report, but it will not include comments.
Information
If a CDD report has already been marked as reviewed and you need to add or update comments, the Support team can change the report status back to Ready to review.
This allows comments to be re-added during the review stage so they can be included when downloading the report with comments.
