Once your client has completed their online ID verification you will be able to review the report generated with the results.

All reports have an overall result: which is either Clear, Consider or N/A.

Clear

The individual can be considered verified

Consider

The individual could not be verified from the information provided by them. This is because there are not enough matches found to meet our standard criteria of confirmation for that jurisdiction. Depending on the matches found and the risk profile of the client you might decide to complete some extra due diligence with your client offline or trigger another check (e.g. an Identity Document check). Alternatively, you may be satisfied that the report has returned sufficient matches on other checks to accept the client with no further due diligence needed.

N/A

The user cannot be considered verified because no matches have been found. This result can happen if a client is outside of the UK. So you may wish to request an additional proof of address document in the workflow.

The report will show you the elements that we have been unable to verify, they will be marked with a yellow 'consider' flag. You then decide the most appropriate course of action.
