Understanding the individual contact page

Learn what you will see on an individual contact's page in Legl, how to update their details, and how to view their activity history.

Use this article to understand what the individual contact page shows in Legl, how to update contact details, and where to view their activity history.


Where to find this

Go to Contacts, search for the individual by name or email address, and select their name to open their contact page.


What you will see

The individual contact page is made up of several sections.

Profile details

The profile panel shows the contact's key information, including their full name, email address, date of birth, address, and client reference number.

PEP and sanction insights

If the contact has been screened, any PEP or sanction flags appear at a glance on their contact page.

Activity tab

The Activity tab shows a log of all interactions associated with this contact, including:

  • Engage requests

  • Pay requests

  • CDD reports

  • Payments received

  • Screenings

Associated contacts tab

The Associated contacts tab shows any other contacts linked to this individual.


What you can do from this page

  • Update contact details β€” click Edit details below the contact details

  • View the contact's full activity history β€” hover over any field and select History to view

  • Access linked contacts and associated records from the Associated contacts tab


Important information

  • If you update a contact's email address, any open requests associated with that contact will be closed. You will need to resend those requests to the updated email address.

  • Contact details can be updated by hovering over the field and selecting Edit details.

  • If you need help with a contact record, contact our Support team.
