Key takeaways

CC recipients keep the whole team in the loop.

You can now add a CC recipient when sending an Engage request, so a paralegal or junior team member sending on behalf of a fee earner keeps visibility of the request end to end.

Firms can now add the Source of Funds amount.

The transactional amount entered can now be entered by the firm, to reduce any client error.

Non-conformities can be signed off individually

Items previously labelled "Consider results" now appear as Non-conformities, and can be signed off individually.

Watchlist and Financial Screening review is more focused.

Medium- and high-likelihood matches are prioritised at the top of the list, and marking a result Match or Not a Match makes clear how it affects ongoing monitoring.

Firm branding is self-serve.

Your firm’s colours and logo can now be set up under Settings > General > Branding.

Risk Rules is coming soon.
