Overview

The company monitoring dashboard allows you to review individual company alerts instead of reviewing alerts in batches. It is designed to help firms review company alerts faster and more easily, and process a large volume of monitoring alerts more efficiently using filtering and bulk actions.

  5. Confirm.

All selected alerts will be marked as reviewed and removed from your active review list. You can view reviewed alerts by changing the Status filter at the top of the screen to select "Reviewed".

ℹ️ Important

Using Select All with a priority filter is an effective way to clear large volumes of alerts. For example, filter by Low priority, click Select All, and mark all as reviewed in a couple of clicks.

What happens next

After reviewing or assigning alerts:

  • Reviewed alerts are marked as Reviewed

  • Assigned users receive an email notification with alert details and a direct link to the dashboard

  • Monitoring continues, and new alerts will appear automatically when identified

The dashboard displays both:

  • Event Occurred date (when the change happened)

  • Received date (when Legl received the update)

Important information

  • The dashboard allows you to view, assign, and review company alerts in one list, rather than having to click into separate batches for each company.

  • Select All selects all alerts matching your current filter criteria, including those beyond the visible page. This enables bulk actions across your full backlog.

  • Monitoring alerts are informational prompts and must be reviewed by a firm user.

  • Ongoing monitoring continues after an alert is reviewed.
