Overview

The Engage for Individuals dashboard provides a central view of all Engage requests sent to individual clients. This article helps you understand what information appears on the dashboard, what each request status means, and how requests progress through the Engage workflow.

Where you will see this

You can access the Engage for Individuals dashboard in Legl by navigating to:

Engage β†’ Individuals

What the dashboard shows

The Engage for Individuals dashboard displays all Engage requests for individual clients in one place. For each request, you can see:

  • The request status

  • The client contact linked to the request

  • The workflow used (for example, Standard CDD or Source of Funds)

  • The assigned reviewer

  • The user who created the request

You can also see summary counts at the top of the dashboard showing how many requests are Sent, In progress, or Ready for review.

Understanding Engage request statuses

Each Engage request has a status that indicates where it is in the process. You can see the status for each request on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Created

The request has been successfully created but has not yet been sent to the client.

Sent

The request has been sent to the client via an automated email from Legl.

In-Progress

The client has started completing the request but has not yet finished all required steps.

Processing

The client has completed the request, and the information provided is being processed according to the workflow steps included.

Ready for review

All processing and checks are complete, and the generated reports are available for review.

Reviewed

The request has been marked as reviewed by the assigned reviewer.

Marked Closed

The request has been manually closed, for example if the client is no longer proceeding with the matter.

Filtering and searching requests

You can use the search bar filters at the top of the dashboard to refine which requests are shown.

Filters allow you to narrow results by:

  • Request status

  • Assigned reviewer

  • Request creator

This makes it easier to locate specific requests or focus on requests that require attention.

How requests progress through the dashboard

As clients complete Engage requests and reviewers take action, request statuses update automatically on the dashboard. This allows you to track progress at a glance and understand which requests are awaiting client action, processing, or review.

Completed and closed requests remain visible on the dashboard for reference and audit purposes.

Important information

Important:

  • Engage request statuses show workflow progress only and do not represent compliance decisions.

  • Status updates occur automatically as requests move through Engage.

  • Some requests may remain visible on the dashboard after completion or closure for record-keeping purposes.
