Overview
Once the NetDocuments integration is set up, documents generated in Legl can be saved directly into NetDocuments. This happens when a NetDocuments workspace is selected and the relevant Legl workflow is completed.
This process helps ensure documents are stored consistently and in the correct location, without manual downloading or uploading.
Before you start
Before documents can be sent to NetDocuments:
The NetDocuments integration must be set up and connected
A NetDocuments workspace must be selected in Legl

Choose a different NetDocuments workspace.
Click Update to confirm the change.
New documents will be sent to the updated workspace.
Important information
Important:
Documents are only sent to NetDocuments once a workspace has been set.
Marking an Engage request or business report as Reviewed triggers document upload.
Previously sent documents are not moved automatically if the workspace changes.
The integration does not change document access or permissions in NetDocuments.
