Overview

Legl charges are based on completed actions within the platform. In most cases, your firm is charged only when a client completes a workflow step, such as completing a check, signing a document, or making a payment.

Key things to know:

  • Charges are applied per completed feature, not per link sent

  • Some actions are included at no additional cost

  • Invoices are issued monthly in arrears

  • Billing varies by product area (Engage Individuals, CMI, KYB, Payments)

The sections below break down what is and isn’t charged across each billing area.

When are invoices issued?

Invoices are generated at the start of each month and cover usage from the previous calendar month.

Example
An invoice issued in early March covers all completed workflow steps between 1 and 28 February.
