Overview
Legl provides pre-tagged Law Society TA form templates that reduce the time and effort required to complete legal documents. All data input sections are pre-tagged, and the primary signer completes the required information before other parties add their signatures.
You can use this functionality for the following TA forms: TA4, TA6, TA7, TA8, TA9, TA10, TA13, and TA15.
Before you start
Your firm must hold a licence from Oyez, Laserform, or another third-party supplier to use the TA form templates
The TA6, TA7, and TA10 Protocol forms are currently available for firms with Oyez or Laserform licences. For any other TA forms, your firm needs to obtain a licence from a third-party supplier
You will need to contact our Support team with written confirmation of your licence before Legl can provide the templates
How to use Protocol TA forms in Legl
Contact our Support team with written confirmation of your Oyez, Laserform, or third-party supplier licence to request the TA templates you need.
Once the templates have been provided, the primary signer fills in all required information within the pre-tagged sections of the document.
After the primary signer has completed their part, other parties can add their signatures.

What happens next
Once all parties have completed their sections and added their signatures, the document is finalised. The sequential workflow ensures an organised approach to document completion and signing across all parties involved.
Important information
Legl does not hold a direct licence from the Law Society to use the TA forms. Templates are only provided after receiving written confirmation that your firm holds a valid licence
Available forms: TA4, TA6, TA7, TA8, TA9, TA10, TA13, and TA15
The TA6, TA7, and TA10 are specifically available for firms with Oyez or Laserform licences. All other TA forms require a third-party supplier licence
