How Engage request links work for firms with multiple brands

How Legl applies the right brand to your Engage request emails and client pages when your firm uses more than one brand.

Written by Ula Moyse-White

Overview

If your firm operates under more than one brand, Legl can apply the correct brand to the Engage requests you send, so the client sees consistent branding on their request emails and the client-facing pages.

How this works

Brands are set up and managed by Legl, then made available to your firm. When you send an Engage request, you select the brand to apply. Legl remembers the last brand you selected and pre-selects it the next time you send a request, so you do not have to choose it every time.

How to set this up

If you would like to set this up, please share the following with our support team for each brand:

  • Logo

  • Main brand colour (HEX code)

  • Contact Email

  • Phone number

  • Website URL

  • Address

What triggers this

The brand selection appears when you create and send an Engage request, if your firm has more than one brand configured. If your firm has a single brand, that brand is applied automatically and there is nothing extra to select.

What you will see

The brand you select is applied to the client-facing Engage request emails and pages. The brand you last used is pre-selected the next time you send a request, which you can change if needed.

Important information

  • Brands are configured by Legl, not within your own settings. Contact our Support team if you need a brand added or changed.

  • The brand selection only appears for firms with more than one brand configured.

  • The last brand you selected is remembered and pre-selected on your next Engage request.

  • Branding applies to the client-facing Engage request emails and pages.
