Overview
If your firm operates under more than one brand, Legl can apply the correct brand to the Engage requests you send, so the client sees consistent branding on their request emails and the client-facing pages.
How this works
Multiple brands must be enabled for your firm by our Support team. You cannot turn this on in your own settings.
Once your brands are set up, you select the brand to apply each time you send an Engage request. Legl remembers the last brand you selected and pre-selects it the next time you send a request, so you do not have to choose it every time.
How to set this up
Our Support team enables multiple brands for your firm. To set this up, contact our Support team and share the following for each brand:
Logo
Main brand colour (HEX code)
Contact email
Phone number
Website URL
Address
What triggers this
The brand selection appears when you create and send an Engage request, if Support has enabled more than one brand for your firm. Select the brand in the Brand field under Workflow information. Your firm's main brand shows as Default (your firm name).

What you will see
The brand you select is applied to the client-facing Engage request emails and pages. The brand you last used is pre-selected the next time you send a request, which you can change if needed.
