Overview

The Pay dashboard in Legl Insights gives your firm a view of payment activity over time. You can see how much has been collected, how many payments have been made, and how clients are choosing to pay.

What you can use the Pay dashboard for

  • Track total payment volume and amounts collected across your firm

  • Monitor average time to pay and identify trends over time

  • Understand which checkout routes clients are using, including Pay Request, Engage Payment, Phone Payment, Payment Portal, Scheduled Payment, and Batch Reminder Payments

  • View digital wallet usage across your client base

  • Filter payment data by date range and department

How the Pay dashboard works

The Pay dashboard pulls payment data from across your firm's activity in Legl and displays it in a set of charts and summary tiles. Data updates automatically as payments are made.

You can filter the view by date range and department to focus on a specific period or team. You can also download payment data directly from the dashboard.

Where to find the Pay dashboard

Select Insights from the left-hand navigation in Legl, then select Pay.

Important information

  • The Pay dashboard is a reporting view only. You cannot manage or action payments from within Insights

  • Data shown reflects completed payment activity. In-progress payments may not be included
