Managing client requests (at a glance)
In Legl, client requests are created in either Engage or Pay, depending on the task.
At a high level:
Requests are created by law firm users
Clients receive a secure link to complete the request
Request status updates are visible within the platform
Automated reminders may be applied, depending on how the request is sent
For detailed instructions, refer to the relevant “How to” guides.

Communicating with Customers
Workflows:
Workflows are pre-set templates set by your firm's admin, ensuring all elements of the onboarding journey, which are required from your client, are received as expected.
Reminders:
If reminders are enabled, these will follow the cadence of: 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days. These can be enabled or disabled to your firms preference.
Key things to be aware of
Important:
Workflows and reminders are configured at firm level and may vary depending on your organisation
Some actions and decisions sit with your firm, not Legl
Access to features may depend on your role or permissions
If you are unsure how something works in your firm’s setup, contact your firm administrator.
