Overview
Admins can deactivate users to prevent access to Legl or request permanent removal of a user from the account.
Before you start
You must have Admin access in Legl
How to deactivate a user
Log into your Legl account.
Go to Settings > Team.
Locate the active user you want to deactivate and select Update.
Select Deactivate.
The user will no longer be able to log into Legl.
How to reactivate a user
Go to Settings > Team.
Locate the inactive user and select Update.
Select Activate.
How to remove a user permanently
To remove a user entirely from your Legl account:
Contact the Support team via the live chat icon or email [email protected].
Note: Permanent removal must be authorised by a Legl Admin and cannot be completed directly in the platform.
Important information
Important: Deactivation prevents login but does not delete the user. Permanent removal must be actioned by Legl Support.
