Overview
Inviting users allows new team members to access your firm’s Legl account. Only users with Admin access can invite new users.
Before you start
You must have Admin access in Legl
You will need the user’s email address
Note: Inviting users and managing access can only be done by Legl Admins.
How to invite new users
Log into your Legl account at https://account.legl.com/.
From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Team.
Select Add users in the top-right corner.
Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas).
Select Invite.
What happens next
The invited users will receive an email from Legl with the subject “Your Account Invite”, containing a link to create and log into their account.
As an Admin, you can manage each user’s permissions once they are invited.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Invitee has not received the account creation email
Solution: Ask them to check their Junk or Spam folder. You may also need to ask your IT team to whitelist the @legl.com domain.
