How to create your Legl account

Learn how to create your Legl account from an invite email and sign in for the first time. This guide walks you through the account setup process.

Overview

Creating your Legl account allows you to access the Legl platform for the first time. You will need to complete this process after receiving an invitation email from Legl.


Before you start

Before creating your account, make sure you have:

  • Received an account invitation email from [email protected]

  • Access to the email address the invite was sent to

Note: If you have not received an invite email, contact your account administrator and ask them to add you as a user.


How to create your Legl account

  1. Open the invitation email you received from Legl.

  2. Click Create account and sign in.

  3. Fill in all required information, including your name, department, role, and password.

  4. Review the information you entered and accept Legl’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  5. Click Continue & sign in.


What happens next

  • You will be redirected to the Legl platform once your account has been created.

  • You will also receive a confirmation email confirming your account has been set up.


Important information

Important:

  • Your password must be at least 8 characters long and cannot be a common phrase or contain repetitive characters.

  • Account invitation emails are sent from [email protected]. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.


Troubleshooting

Issue: I did not receive an account invitation email.


Solution: Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact your account administrator or reach out to the Legl Support Team.
