If you are experiencing issues with Legl, you can check the platform status to see whether there is an active outage or scheduled maintenance. This article explains where to find real-time status updates and how to stay informed.


How to check the status of the Legl platform

Follow these steps to view the current operational status:

  1. Go to the Legl Status Page.

  2. Review the current status of:

    • The Legl Platform

    • The Legl API

  3. Check for any:

    • Active incidents

    • Scheduled maintenance

    • Known issues

  4. Review the platform uptime history, if needed.

The status page shows real-time updates and reflects the latest information from the Legl team.


How to subscribe to status updates

You can subscribe to receive notifications about outages or maintenance.

  1. Click Subscribe to updates.

  2. Choose how you want to receive notifications:

    • Email

    • Slack or Microsoft Teams

    • RSS feed

  3. Enter your details and confirm your subscription.


What happens next

  • If an issue is listed on the status page, the Legl team is already working to resolve it.

  • Subscribing to updates ensures you are notified as soon as the issue is resolved or when maintenance is completed.

  • If an issue is confirmed on the status page, there is no need to contact Support for updates, as progress will be shared there.
