If the suggested contact is the one you intend to interact with, select 'Use this contact' and all of the personal information of said contact will be pre-filled for you. If entering information for a new client, their details will be stored for future reference and engagement.
3. From the 'Reviewer' dropdown, select who will review the returned workflow (this user will receive an email notification once the workflow is ready for review).

What will my client see?
Note, Legl workflows can contain multiple different steps for the client to complete and/or review. In this example, let's take a look at a Standard CDD report being completed as part of a single step workflow. Visit our guide to learn more about Legl's workflows.
1. Your client will be invited to agree with Legl's Terms and Conditions.
2. Having agreed to Legl's Terms and Conditions, your client will be prompted to enter their personal details (full name, phone number, date of birth, address).
3. Your client will then be asked to upload a photograph of their ID document. This can be either a passport, driver's licence or a government issued ID card.
They will be given the option to upload a saved photograph directly from their device, or they can take a new photo using their smartphone camera.
4. Having uploaded a copy of their ID, your client will then be asked to record a short video. Upon clicking 'record', they will see onscreen instructions asking them to repeat three numbers and, following by looking in the direction suggested onscreen.
Having completed the video, and if there are no further workflow steps for your client to complete (as is the case in this example) your client will see the "Success" screen below, confirming the workflow completion.
