In this article we will cover:
Where can I find all engage requests?
You can manage engage requests from the Engage > Individuals dashboard. Here, you can filter, search and view open, completed and closed requests.
Each request has a status, providing you visibility over its progress. Depending on its status, you can take further action on any request to help manage ongoing work.
Where can I find the status of Engage requests?
You can view the status of a request on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Created | The request has been successfully created. You can now share it with the client for them to complete. |
Sent | The request has been sent to the client via an automated email through Legl. |
In-Progress | The request has been started by the client and is being completed. |
Processing | The request has been completed by the client. The information provided is being processed as required by the steps included. |

Marked Closed | The request has been manually closed, for example, if the client is no longer proceeding with the matter. |
Can I filter Engage requests?
You can use enhanced filter options to refine the data displayed in the engage dashboard. You can filter the dashboard using the request status, the named reviewer and/or creator.
How do I manage Engage requests?
You can manage requests using actions, which can be used via the three-dot menu under Actions.
Create Engage Request | Use this action to create a new engage request for the same client. This can be used to request new information from your client. The new request will have the contact details pre-filled. |
Download CDD report | If the request is Ready For Review or Reviewed, this action will download a .pdf copy of the CDD report. |
Copy Link | Copy the request link to your clipboard, ready to paste into the body of an email to send to your client. This action is available if the request is Created, Sent or In-Progress. |
Change Reviewer | This allows you to change the assigned reviewer for the request. For more information on assigning a reviewer to a request, click here. |
Close Link | If the request is Created, Sent or In-Progress, you can use this action Close Link. This closes the link and prevents the client from accessing it if, for example, they are no longer proceeding with the matter. |
Force Complete | If an engage request is In-Progress, you may also choose to Force complete the request. This gives you all the information that has been submitted by the client if, for example, they no longer need to complete all the steps. For more information, click here. |
Can I perform bulk actions with Engage requests?
Bulk Actions allow you to perform actions to many requests at once. To perform actions in bulk, select requests using the check-box.
Close links | To close request links in bulk, use the filter tool to select Created, Sent or In-Progress requests. Once selected, click Bulk Actions > Close Links. |
