We've created several email templates for you to re-purpose and help introduce Legl to your law firm. The templates can be copied, edited and sent to anyone at your firm as needed, to ensure they are informed and excited about Legl.

Hello team,

Starting from [insert date], we’ll begin using the Legl platform to streamline client onboarding and payment processes. Most of you should have attended the Legl introductory training session. If you haven’t yet had the chance, please request a copy of the training video. The Legl team remains available to assist with any additional training needs.

You should have also received an email to set up your Legl account. If you haven’t received this, please let me know so we can resolve it promptly.

Legl is designed to simplify all our onboarding and payment administration by shifting much of this responsibility to clients. This way, the firm can focus on assessing client and matter risk, as well as receiving payments. Legl’s web-based platform will serve as the main hub for onboarding and payments. However, if a client is unable to complete these actions online, they may visit the office. In those cases, please remember to log all checks and payments into Legl, as demonstrated in the training, to ensure everything is captured.

As we transition to Legl, our primary contact, [insert name], will be available for any questions. Alternatively, you can use the Chat function at the bottom right corner of the platform to reach the Support Team directly.

Launching Legl: Payments

Starting from [insert date], we’ll begin using the Legl platform to request payments from our clients, which will enable us to accelerate the ability to send and receive payments, thus allowing us to open client matters faster, while improving improving the client experience.

Most of you should have attended the Legl introductory training session. If you haven’t yet had the chance, please request a copy of the training video. The Legl team remains available to assist with any additional training needs.

You should have also received an email to set up your Legl account. If you haven’t received this, please let me know so we can resolve it promptly.
