When to use: For high-value matters or higher-risk clients where you need to verify how wealth was accumulated.

Template 3: Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Suggested form title: Enhanced Due Diligence Questionnaire

When to use: For high-risk clients or matters requiring additional AML checks beyond standard CDD.

Template 4: Client Feedback Survey

When to use: Send at the close of a matter to measure client satisfaction and support accreditation requirements such as Lexcel.
