In this article we will cover:
It’s a great idea to have processes in place that decide who will review Engage requests. For example, you might want to make sure that reports flagged as “consider” in one or more areas are reviewed by your compliance officer. This is made easy with assigned reviewer.
How and when can I assign a reviewer?
When you create an Engage request, you’ll be asked who will review the workflow results. If that’s you, you don’t need to do anything. If you’d like someone else to be responsible for reviewing the request, select their name from the dropdown menu.
When you assign a reviewer, they’ll be notified when it’s ready for review, and it’ll appear on their dashboard.
Changed your mind? You can also reassign a reviewer after it’s been sent, or when it’s ready for review.
Just click the ᐧᐧᐧ symbol on the engage dashboard, and select “Change Reviewer”.
Alternatively, select “Review” and click “change reviewer” If it’s already ready for review, they’ll be notified immediately.
Adding colleagues to Engage is the best way to ensure that you can assign the right reviewer to a request. Admins can add extra colleagues to Legl at no extra cost by following this guide.
Can I review a request assigned to someone else?
By default, your dashboard will only show requests assigned to you. Sometimes, however, you might need to review an Engage request assigned to someone else - for example when they’re out of office.
Click the reviewer box at the top of the dashboard and select their name or ‘show all’. Reports can then be reviewed as normal.
The full history of all assigned reviewers for a request (and who changed them) can be found at the bottom of the review window, under 'Recent Activity'.
