Overview

Legl moved payment providers from Stripe to Adyen in November 2024. If you are attempting to refund a payment from before this period and cannot see the Refund option in the payment panel, the payment was likely made through Stripe.

Legl cannot process Stripe refunds, so your firm will need to arrange this directly with the client.
