Overview

You can customise parts of Legl to reflect your firm’s branding, creating a more consistent and familiar experience for your clients. This includes branding on client portals and personalised firm emails. Branding is typically set up before you go live, using information from your website.


Before you start

There are no actions required in the Legl platform to set up branding.

Branding is configured by the Legl team using information from your firm’s website.


How to add your firm’s branding

Personalise the branding on your client portal

Your firm’s branding is displayed to clients on the left-hand side of the client portal.

The following information can be included in this section:

  • Your firm’s logo

  • Your firm’s address

  • Your phone number

  • Your email address

  • A link to your website

The client portal URL is also customised based on your website URL.


Firm personalised emails

Firm branding is also applied to "getting started" emails sent from Legl to clients, ensuring a consistent experience across communications.
