Overview
Our pre-tagged TA templates are designed to simplify the process of filling out legal documents.
All data input sections are pre-tagged, reducing the time and effort required for document completion.
The primary signer completes all necessary information, and subsequent parties can easily add their signatures, making collaboration seamless.
You can use this functionality for various TA forms: TA4, TA6, TA7, TA8, TA9, TA10, TA13, and TA15 forms.
Compatibility
The TA6, TA7 and TA10 Protocol forms are currently available for law firms with licences for Oyez or Laserform. For any other TA forms, your firm would need to obtain a licence from a third party supplier.
Ensure that your firm is properly licensed to take advantage of this streamlined document completion process.
How it works
The primary signer fills in all required information within the pre-tagged sections of the document.
Once the primary signer has completed their part, other parties can easily add their signatures.
This sequential workflow ensures a smooth and organised approach to document completion and signing.
Legl does not have a direct licence from the Law Society to use the TA forms, and we are only able to provide your firm with the templates upon receiving written confirmation your firm holds a Oyez, Laserform or a third party supplier licence.
