Troubleshooting Common Issues
1. My Camera Isn’t Working
Check if the browser has camera permissions enabled (see steps above).
Try refreshing the page or opening the link in a different supported browser (Google Chrome is highly suggested).
Restart your device and attempt the process again.
2. The Page is Not Loading
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Try switching browsers or using a different device.
Disable any browser extensions that might block the verification process.
3. I See a Black Screen During Photo Capture
Close and reopen your browser.
Check that your camera is not being used by another application.
If the issue persists, try accessing the link from another device.
4. My ID Was Rejected
Ensure the image is clear and well-lit.
Use an original document (no photocopies or screenshots).
Make sure all edges of the ID are visible in the photo.
