Entities provides a fully searchable database of all your individual clients whom you have previously interacted with through Legl.

To find a client, navigate to Entities then click into the search bar at the top of the page. You can search for your client using their name, email address, or client reference number.

As you type, you will see a filtered list of entities appear in the column below. When you see the client you’re looking for, click the search result to open the client profile.

You can also search for a contact from Engage or Pay. If you are using Engage, navigate to Engage, Individuals, then click into the search bar and type the name of the contact you’re looking for. Any previous workflows sent to your client will appear in the table below, then click on the contact name to open their contacts profile.

If you’re using Pay, navigate to Pay, Transactions then click into the search bar and type the name of the client you’re looking for. Any previous transactions for that client will appear in the table below, then click on the client name to open their entities profile.
