In this article we will cover:

Where can I find what requests have been sent to my client?

Entities gives you visibility over your firm’s previous interactions with both individual and business clients, so you can easily review any completed due diligence or requested payments for that client in one place.

Please follow the steps below to find the activity of your client:

  1. Go to Entities

  2. Search for a client using their name, email address or client reference number

  3. Click on the entity you wish to view.

Each entity profile has three main areas of information: Client information, Overview and Activity. The Overview tab displays recent activity, including any recent payments or onboarding workflows.

The Activity tab shows you any open activities for that entity, including any engage or pay requests that are currently being completed by your client.

You can also view other activities to see a complete audit log of your firm’s previous interactions with an entity. Clicking on any activity card will open the request, where you can view more information. From here, you can also access previous CDD reports, source of funds checks, and payments.

These activity insights provide a single-source of truth for CDD and AML monitoring for each individual you work with, so you can get better oversight of client risk and opportunities in a single view.
