How to make the Legl experience bespoke to your companies brand.

Within Legl there is the flexibility to have your own Legl dashboard customised with your firm's banding, below is what can be customised and explains how to complete the customisation:

Personalise the branding on your client portal

On your Legl account, your firm's branding can be displayed to your clients on the left-hand side of your portal.

In this customisable section, you can include -

  • Your firm's logo

  • Your firm's address

  • Your phone number

  • Your email address

  • A link to your website

The URL for the portal your clients see will also be customised and copied from the URL in your website. This will look like www.lawfirm.legl.com

This will be set up for you prior to going live, with information taken from your website. If you would like any information to be changed, please email [email protected] with the changes that are needed.

Personalise the emails sent to your clients

When an engage report is sent to a client they will receive an email requesting that they complete the information you require.

You can personalise this email when creating a new workflow. This is created by navigating to Engage > Workflows > either clicking on an existing workflow or creating a new one > inputting the message under "getting started"
