Overview

When your firm uses the review step, or a risk assessment is escalated because it is high risk, the assessment is assigned to a nominated reviewer (often the MLRO or AMLCO) to check and finalise. This article explains how to review a risk assessment that has been assigned or escalated to you. Only the assigned reviewer can complete the review.

Before you start

  • A risk assessment has been assigned to you for review (Ready for review) or escalated to you because it is high risk

  • You have access to the Risk Assessments area in Legl
