At Legl, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible support. If you need assistance over the phone, you can request a callback by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Request a callback via Live Chat

Visit our Live Chat support portal via the bubble at the bottom right hand corner of your screen and navigate to the ‘Request a callback ☎️’ element.

Step 2: Provide us with your details

Provide us with as much information as possible to support with your query promptly, including:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • A brief description of your query

  • Your preferred callback time (if applicable)

Step 3: Submit Your Request

Once you’ve entered your details, click ‘Send’. You’ll receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request.

Our team will call you back within the next 3 working hours.

Step 4: Receive a Callback

A member of our Support Team will call you within 3 working hours to assist you with your query. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll follow up via email with alternative options.

  • Callbacks are available during our support hours: Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM.
