Our Legl OneAdvanced integration works with the Legl KYC and Payment functionality.

How to integrate Legl with OneAdvanced P4W

Please email [email protected] and we will supply you with the documentation for your integration. Please let us know which functionality you wish to integrate.

How does the integration work?

KYC

  1. Launch Legl from a button at the Entity level within P4W

2. This will open Legl with the first name, last name, email address and entity reference prefilled.

3. Select and send the desired workflow from Legl

4. The client will then complete the information. Once completed the assigned reviewer is notified to check the results and mark it as reviewed.

5. Three things will happen in P4W (if the result is ‘clear’):

The completed report PDF will be automatically uploaded in P4W under in the Entity Documents

Updates your AML ID Proof in P4W automatically, attributing a predetermined score - the score is defined by the administrator in P4W system settings

Automatically creates a posting slip into the slip processing queue slip for the relevant matter ledger (can decide which matter and whether it’s a disbursement or nominal)

Pay

Using the details from a bill in P4W, you can seamlessly generate a Payment Request, including the amount, required references, name, and email address. Since this information is pulled directly from the bill on the ledger, there’s no need for manual data entry.

  1. Select the bill which needs a pay link from the ledger using the Legl Pay manager option. Right Click and select "Legl Payment Request Management".

2. Verify that the details are correct for the payment request you are about to create. Click "Create Request". From here you are also able to see the status of the other payment requests previously made.

3. Go to the case manager, load up your email tool and select the Legl payment template. The template is supplied in the deployment documentation. This will have the payment request embedded on an email with the invoice attached. Send this to the client.

4. Once the client pays, a slip will be raised in a queue for posting. Follow your usual reconciliation process.
