You can now integrate Legl with your Access Legal case management system, helping to ensure that your firm’s records are up to date and compliant across the entire end-to-end payment process.
The integrations with Access Legal Proclaim, Case Management and One Office allow you to review your Legl payment data within your case management system. Please see more information on each integration below.
How to use the integration between Legl and Access Legal Proclaim
The integration between Legl and Access Legal Proclaim allows you to create and manage your client payments directly from Proclaim. To get started with the integration, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to guide you through the required setup between Legl and Access Legal.
How it works:
Create new payment requests directly from within Proclaim. You can select your preferred message type (e.g. email) to share the payment request directly with your client.
Your client will receive the payment request link via the message type specified, and access the firm-branded checkout to complete the payment. For more information on payment links, click here.
You’ll be notified in Proclaim when a new payment has been made. You can then review all payments made via Legl, including the client name and payment reference.
You can also select a payment to review more information, including the amount, payment details and references.
