When Are Invoices Issued?
Invoices are generated at the start of each month and reflect usage from the previous month.
For example, an invoice issued in early March 2025 will cover all completed workflow steps from February 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025.

Charge per envelope – If multiple documents are included in one request, it is classified as a single signature request.
Ongoing Monitoring Billing
No additional charge – Included as part of the original CDD check for an individual.
Engage for Business Billing
Know Your Business (KYB)
Sanction Screening & Company Report – Charged when clicking on the identified company in the Business search page.
KYB Ongoing Monitoring
Company Report – No additional charge.
If you choose to ‘refresh’ a company report due to a monitoring alert, you will be charged for a ‘Company Report Refresh.’
Sanction Screening – No additional charge.
Payments Billing
Pay – All payments are charged upon completion of client payment.
Refunds – No associated charge; however, the original transaction fee is not refunded.

Are We Charged for Closed Links?
Yes, when you force close a link to an Engage Individual client, you will only be billed for the completed elements of the workflow.
How Do I Pay a Bill?

How to View Billing Overview
To view a billing overview:
Go to Insights >> Engage Billing
You will see a detailed breakdown of each itemised charge.
